Willemijn graduated in BBA and BA. She has always been an entrepreneur and enhanced her media talent at the international broadcasting network, SBS Belgium. After which she started her own management agency called ‘VIP Talent Factory’. Montecatini and VIP Talent Factory merged in 2009. In addition, she owns Artra Galleries, Starplanet.com and D-Life coaching training.
Anne-Paul studied Communication Science at the Faculty of the University of Utrecht. Via Davilex, as marketing manager, and the current Icon Medialab he was brand manager at XOIP. When he became independent, he worked for Tiscali (brand strategy), BMG International (multi-media productions for Christina Aguilera and Whitney Houston) and Endemol Netherlands BV (communications around TV shows). Anne-Paul is chairman of the Dutch Agencies Association (NAA).
Daniel studied Law at the University of Amsterdam. For five years he was a corporate lawyer at Endemol Entertainment, where he was responsible for the legal activities of various subsidiaries and television productions, events, artist management and theatres. In 1999 he founded Montecatini Talent Agency.
Guirec studied Law at the University of Utrecht where he graduated with a specialization in intellectual property rights. From 1999 until September 2005 he was working as an agent for Paradise Unlimited. Besides the management of artists he has dealt with the works of new cabaret groups. Guirec was also secretary of the Dutch Agents Association.
